Oregon Cascade RV Co-op is a senior (55+) membership park for the fun loving and the young at heart. 

The park is made up of 63 lots, 52 sites for RV or park models and 11 mobile home sites. RV lot owners are allowed 8 months of residence per year and Mobile home owners are allowed year round residence.

We have a Clubhouse that can accommodate our members for special events and meetings, a coin operated laundry room and men's and women's restrooms and showers. Services include power, water, sewer, WIFI, cable television and garbage service.

We have an elected Board of Directors, onsite Office Manager, onsite Maintenance Manager and various member committees which assist in the running of the park.

The park is governed by our Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, Architectural Rules and Regulations and a Pet Policy, all of which are available for review upon request.

Oregon Cascade RV Park is owned by it’s members and is registered as a Cooperative Corporation in the State of Oregon.

The park is made up of 52 RV sites, most will accommodate a 45' motorhome, and 11 mobile home sites.

The draw to the cool, mild, comfortable climate at the Co-op, nestled in the foothills of the Oregon Cascades, will make this your ultimate destination.

The members of Oregon Cascade keep themselves busy with several activities in the park. No matter what the activity you will always find yourself having fun with other members. Here are of few of the traditional activities:
